a Spirited Meditation Circle recording
I’m curious this morning, friends — how are you doing with this threshold from winter into spring? It has been a doozy for me and I’m hearing from so many others, the same. Surprisingly, it seems as though the part of me that knows and depends on the meditation practice I’ve had for decades is throwing her hands up and says, “I’ve got nothing.”
It is astonishing how unsettling some transitions are.
Perhaps that’s the point. Perhaps the very moment where we feel tapped out and unsure of what’s next is the moment where something new can begin. Keep the practice, and let go of pretending we know what it is and what it yields. Surrender to what might be wanting to take root. Be open and receptive like the coming spring. Tune in to what wants to emerge next.
Blessings for the journey. xo

Nature is never in a hurry, and deep down, I know to be patient—
…trying to find comfort in the void is where I start to get a little uncomfortable.
